HOW A
BROKEN MAN
BUILDS
"A year ago I was living in a broken home where I wasn't wanted, wasn't valued, wasn't appreciated. They saw me as someone just taking up space. In those times I was wondering if any of this was worth it."
Brian Valencia is a Union Ironworker and Rodbuster from San Diego — with Mexican-American and Yaqui Sonora native roots. He's climbed steel 400 feet in the air for a living. He's trained for triathlons, fought back from a shattered shoulder, filed his own legal claims, and built a brand from scratch with over 1.7 million monthly views.
He came from nothing and was made to feel like nothing. But builders don't quit — they clear the rubble and lay new foundation. When a millionaire mentor came back into his life, Brian recognized it as a God-sent sign and answered the call.
Today he's building something nobody has built before — a coaching and financial services brand serving the most underserved men in America: the ironworkers, rodbusters, electricians, and tradesmen who build this country but have nobody building for them.
